Did you know: c. 60% of employers use a defined pay-structure. Used correctly pay structures can offer transparency, order, process and fairness.  
There are many different ways of developing a pay structure. We like to start with understanding how your organisation structure works, then identifying natural hierarchies and clusters of roles.  

Whilst we believe job evaluation is a great way to underpin this, its not an absolute requirement.  

Once we know how you work, we want to understand what you like and don’t like. Then we help you develop what’s applicable to you. Its important to remember, it doesn’t have to be whats right for everyone else.
