About Me – Andrew Carter
Andrew Carter is our Associate Consultant. He joined after finishing a full career in HR for the Royal Air Force and brings with him detailed knowledge from the Public Sector.
Andrew’s experience in advising senior management about salary and employment relations matters make him a strongly pragmatic advisor who can cross-over from the public to other sectors as needed by our clients.
He is strongly solutions oriented, and his preferred method of delivery always involves ‘plain English’.
As an experienced evaluator, Andrew carries out analysis of job profiles using our bespoke job evaluation system and assists our clients in identifying where and how they might improve their role documentation. This combined with strong research and analysis skills, ensures our clients receive a well-rounded response to their salary and terms benchmarking projects.
Being an advocate of fairness and equality in all things employment related, combined with his highly-honed data analysis skills, also makes him a thorough and competent auditor for our equal pay/gender pay assessments.
